Are you excited about the Erasmus National Meeting but have some doubts? Wondering about transportation, accommodation, or what to bring? Don't worry, this FAQ will guide you through everything you need to know for an amazing ENM experience!



General



A: The official dates for the Erasmus National Meeting (ENM) will be announced by ESN Portugal. Stay updated through ESN’s official communication channels.
A: Yes, all participants must bring a valid passport or identity card equipped with all necessary visas and requirements, as well as a valid ESNcard.
A: ESN Portugal aims to make ENM as inclusive as possible. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact the organizers in advance.


Participation & Tickets



A: No, participation is limited to international students and interns under a mobility program with a valid ESNcard, as well as members and guests of ESN Portugal.
A: Ticket sales will be announced by ESN Portugal. Stay updated through official ESN channels.
A: No, each participant must buy their own ticket, as an ESNcard is required for registration.


Payments & Registration



A: If your payment fails, check with your bank to ensure there are no restrictions on your card. If the issue persists, contact ESN Portugal for assistance.
A: A "Pending" status means the payment is being processed. If it doesn’t update within a few hours, contact ESN Portugal.
A: Payment methods will be listed during the registration process. Typically, online payments via credit/debit cards are accepted.
A: Check your spam folder first. If you still haven't received it, contact ESN Portugal with your payment details for confirmation.


Event Rules



A: No, participants are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks to the event venues.
A: Participants should pack light and bring essentials such as clothing, toiletries, and necessary documents. Luggage restrictions will be shared by ESN Portugal before the event.
