A: Yes, all participants must bring a valid passport or identity card equipped with all necessary visas and requirements, as well as a valid ESNcard.

Q: Is the event accessible?

A: ESN Portugal aims to make ENM as inclusive as possible. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact the organizers in advance.

Participation & Tickets

Q: Can I join ENM if I am not an Erasmus/exchange/international student?

A: No, participation is limited to international students and interns under a mobility program with a valid ESNcard, as well as members and guests of ESN Portugal.

Q: When do tickets go on sale?

A: Ticket sales will be announced by ESN Portugal. Stay updated through official ESN channels.

Q: Can I buy tickets for my friends as well?

A: No, each participant must buy their own ticket, as an ESNcard is required for registration.

Payments & Registration

Q: The payment failed, how can I fix that?

A: If your payment fails, check with your bank to ensure there are no restrictions on your card. If the issue persists, contact ESN Portugal for assistance.

Q: My order status is “Pending”, what does that mean?

A: A "Pending" status means the payment is being processed. If it doesn’t update within a few hours, contact ESN Portugal.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: Payment methods will be listed during the registration process. Typically, online payments via credit/debit cards are accepted.

Q: I did not get a confirmation email, what now?

Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks onboard?

Q: How much luggage can I bring, and what can I pack?
