By registering for the Erasmus National Meeting 2026 (ENM 2026) or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register for the event or use our services [web:55].

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ESN Portugal.

2. Event Registration

2.1 Eligibility

ENM 2026 is open to [web:55]:

• Current and former Erasmus students
• ESN members and volunteers
• University exchange students
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age

2.2 Registration Process

• Registration is completed online through our official website
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• Registration is confirmed only upon payment receipt
• Capacity is limited; registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis

2.3 Registration Confirmation

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details and event information [web:55][web:58].

3. Payment and Fees

3.1 Ticket Prices

Ticket prices are displayed on our website and may vary based on ticket type, early bird offers, and ESN membership status [web:55].

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods specified during registration.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details [web:55].

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Participant Cancellation

• More than 60 days before event: 80% refund (20% administration fee)
• 30-60 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before event: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

4.2 Event Cancellation by Organizer

If ESN Portugal cancels the event, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred [web:55].

4.3 Force Majeure

ESN Portugal is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

5. Participant Conduct

By attending ENM 2026, you agree to:

• Respect all participants, staff, and venue property
• Comply with venue rules and Portuguese law
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or violence
• Not use illegal substances or engage in illegal activities
• Follow health and safety guidelines provided by organizers

Violation of conduct rules may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

6. Photography and Media

By attending ENM 2026, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. ESN Portugal may use these materials for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials [web:58].

If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff and wear an identifying badge we will provide.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Liability

ESN Portugal is not liable for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage to property
• Theft or loss of personal belongings
• Travel delays or cancellations
• Accommodation issues not directly caused by ESN Portugal

7.2 Personal Insurance

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain personal travel and health insurance covering the event dates.

8. Schedule Changes

ESN Portugal reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, activities, or venue. We will communicate significant changes via email and our website [web:55].

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ENM 2026 website, including logos, graphics, text, and materials, is the property of ESN Portugal or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
